Because every photo magnet is personalized and made to order, we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges. What we can promise is our happiness guarantee.

Our happiness guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error on our end, we will reprint it free or issue a refund. Just reach out within 14 days of delivery.

How to request a reprint or refund

Email hello@magnet.photos with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will respond quickly and make it right.

What is not covered

• Quality issues caused by a low resolution or blurry photo provided by the customer.
• Change of mind on a personalized item.
• Minor color variation, since screens and printing differ slightly.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
